Stunning navy dress from Stella Mccartny, worn by designer herself in 2017. Off the shoulder puff sleeve dress with exagerated oversized sleeves. Fabric has tree ring effect throughout. Top of dress is elasticated and has structured bustier style top and boning. Sleeves are elasticatd at top and bottom to give puff style.
